The kind of movie I am trying to make is an action movie. Action movies are a film genre in which the protagonist or protagonists are thrust into a series of events that typically include violence, extended fighting, physical feats, rescues and frantic chases. For example, in the movie Avengers Endgame. In said movie there is a lot of high paced fights and destruction in the process with a brief period of you can say relaxation but right back to the action. Films like Monster Hunter, Rampage, The Meg etc all are part of that genre. Next is Action duel which is person vs person/ protagonist vs antagonist. For example Star Wars where's Luke Skywalker who is the protagonist vs Darth Vader antagonist. Then there are Action epic where its Person against the State or Other Large Organization like films Tenet, 1917,Midway and Mulan. Lastly Action clock whereas a Person is against Time. Now for action movie fictional characters most of these characters like Sara Connor and Ellen Ripley don't have super powers or any sci fi type weapons which includes laser blasters or energy swords so most characters learn hand to hand combat and use guns as their weapons.
